Found child's scooter

I found a kids scooter in the weeds at the edge of the field on 48th street. The nearest cross street would be E street. It might have been there awhile by the way the weeds were growing around it but not too long. It's in good condition and I want it to go back to who it belongs to. Being where it was I going to assume that it was was taken, hate to use the word stolen but it is what it is. It is a Madd Gear Action Sport. If it belongs to you, then you can tell me what color it is. I want a kid and a parent to talk to me and both present if and when you get it.
