Make sure you and your DAUGHTER have the skills to protect yourselves! The world is a scary place. That’s why parents worry. Give your family confidence knowing your daughter has learned invaluable safety skills she will carry with her every day. We'll be going over everything from recognizing and evaluating dangerous situations before they happen, to defending yourself if an actual conflict were to occur. This workshop will increase your awareness, teach you practical skills, and potentially save your life. Dress in comfortable clothes. No prior experience necessary.
