Looking for off market homes

Hello everyone, I am looking to relocate to NH with my family. I am working with an agent currently, but I am not seeing anything that is available on the market that is really appealing to me. My agent is great and I have notifications set through multiple different Realty websites, but I am just not seeing anything that is "wow'ing" me. In saying this - I am hoping to find something that hasn't hit the market yet - or perhaps someone who wasn't even considering selling their home and they saw this and thought - Hey, maybe I should see how much I can sell for? I am looking to move within 45 minutes of Elm St - as this is where my girlfriend will be working when we relocate. We have decided we want to be under the $400,000.00 price range. We would like 2-4 BR with a preference for 3 - but we wont snub our noses at the right 2 or 4 bedroom - we need 2 and a guest room would be nice. 1.5 BR would be appreciated, we have 1 now and we can't stand it. Small yard no less that at least.15 acres with a strong preference for some privacy, even a little under would be ok in the right area. Please shoot me pictures, details regarding bath and bedrooms and SQ ft / yard info - if comfortable an address would be great so i can google earth the neighborhood. I intend on having my agent walk through this home with you and take videos and pictures additionally over what is provided. A Garage would be great, but not 100% necessary. Hooksett, Manchester, Goffstown, Londonderry, Litchfield area preferred. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks again!
