APC UPS - Troubleshooting

Description

I have 2 APC uninterruptible power supply devices that turn on, but then start beeping. I put in new batteries, but no difference... same beeping. The youtube videos are nice, but... I suspect I am doing something wrong. I want to get at least one unit working. If you can share any experiences or wisdom with me, I'll listen to you. Amen.
