Found near 2730 Randolph Rd, Charlotte, NC 28207 under the sign shown in the photo. These look to have been placed there so someone would not step on them. I moved them closer to the post, but they remained there for several hours so I'm assuming they've been lost. I thought they might be kids glasses, but my spouse and a friend think they're adult glasses. Either way, they are a very strong magnification.
