I have a 1 year old beautiful female chocolate lab which is spayed and up to date on all shots, she is extremely affectionate and loves to play with toys by herself, she is house trained and has grown up with children and one other dog. I am rehoming her because she has begun to develop a bad case of littermate syndrome and has become fearful and reactive of her brother while at the same time having separation anxiety. With a little patience and TLC she could be a perfect dog for either a single person or a already established family. I can provide proof of vaccinations as well as a dog bed and her favorite toy but I do ask for a small rehoming fee to ensure that she would go to a good home where she would be provided and cared for.
