Join us for a romantic wine and dessert and appetizer pairing at Lost Oak Winery! What is the best part of Valentine's Day? The food and wine of course! Join us on February 14th at 4:30 PM for a food and wine pairing you will be sure to remember in our beautiful event center. Enjoy this tasting with that special someone or with a group of friends as you are serenaded with live music. This guided pairing will feature two flavors of macarons from Black Bear Bakery, 2 handcrafted chocolate bonbons from Chocolate Secrets, and a Yucatan peninsula specialty, a salbut (braised pork cooked in banana leaves and then served on a fresh tostada topped with pickled onions, cilantro, lettuce, and an optional roasted habanero salsa) and a Chile relleno made fresh by Cocina Malvada. Each of these six items will be expertly paired with Lost Oak wine for an elevated tasting experience. Due to COVID-19, we will not be seating separate parties together unless specifically requested. Masks will be required when out of your seat. Tickets are per person.
