Church available for use during the week or at times during the weekend. Family Christian Church (FCC) has available space for a group to use our facility on a weekly basis. Are you a new start up church, maybe an older church, maybe a group that just needs some space for ministry use? FCC chapel seats about 200 & currently there are about 150 chairs on the main floor at this time. We have a large building behind the chapel with all of our classrooms & nursery. The church has a nice kitchen & the fellowship hall seats about 80-100 if the people are seated at tables. Nursery, baptistry, classrooms & large grass areas are all included in the use of the facilities. If you would like to hear more about the property or if you need to arrange for a tour, please call Pastor Dean & he can arrange for your group to see the church & he can discuss the rental fee or possible lease. FCC has been in Modesto since 1947 & we are a member of the Church of God denomination in Cleveland, Tenn. FCC is located at 1901 W.
