Found small male dog - white with black spots - near 12th and Joliet

This little guy followed a man walking his dog near our house. Looks like a Jack Russell mix maybe. No collar but seems healthy and well cared for. Very skittish and barky- took about 1/2 hour of treats to lure him out of the middle of the street and into our yard. Should be secure though very much looking for escape. Loves our small dog but not sure about the humans. We'll take care of him and he has a warm place to sleep until tomorrow, then planning to call animal control.
