Hey, Lake Elsinore! Got tires? Recycle them for FREE at these upcoming collection events. Keep our neighborhoods clean! Drop off your tires at our FREE Community Clean-Up Event. City residents can transport up to 9 tires maximum per trip. Passenger, light truck and Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) tires only. No tires with rims accepted/rims MUST be removed.
