MILWAUKEE, WI — Wisconsin has seen 464 new COVID-19 cases over the last 24 hours, as cases in the state continue to increase again.
Wisconsin has had 498,097 negative test results, and 26,227 positive cases since the pandemic began. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services says 20,577 people have recovered as of Thursday.
Wisconsin's 7-day rolling average of COVID-19 cases appeared to bottom out in mid-June. On June 16, Wisconsin's 7-day rolling average came in at 270 cases per day.
Contrast that with Thursday's number and there has been a notable increase. The state's 7-day rolling average has climbed to 336 cases — an increase of 66 daily cases compared with ten days ago.
