Press release from the North Andover Town Clerk's Office: MA legislation has extended vote by mail for 2021 local elections held on or before March 31st. Due to COVID-19, if you would like to vote by mail, please complete and sign the application and return it to the Town Clerk's office no later than March 24th at 5:00 PM. Once the ballots are received for the 3-30-2021 Annual Election from the printer, the ballots will be mailed to those with applications on file.
