MEDFORD, MA — PhysicianOne Urgent Care is offering express, self-pay testing for asymptomatic patients in five cities, including Medford. The company says its aim is to streamline the testing process for people who may have been exposed or need testing for work or travel. Both the PCR and rapid tests are available as part of the self-pay test option. The cost of a single test is $160, and both a PCR and rapid test is $210. Preregistration is required. Tests are available on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 1-4 p.m. The results of rapid tests will be available the same day and PCR tests could be returned within seven business days.
