Single 35 Blk girl looking for a private owner. ( not a roommate or a private room in a home ) Currently self employed until I can return back to work. Receiving unemployment so if rent is good I’m willing to pay for a few months ahead after the first month.  No gas. Electric homes please  I’m very respectful. Jus seeking a home.
