OAKTON, VA — SouvlakiBar, a casual Greek restaurant, announced Wednesday it is open in Oakton. As the name suggests, the restaurant specializes in souvlaki, a Greek skewered meat dish. The restaurant serves the traditional chicken or pork soulvlaki on a stick, but they're also available as wraps or bowls.
