I was paying my landlord rent by checks, then the property manager said they received payments from Section 8 since August and I have credit of $3,000. They are not giving my money back, they are saying that only when lease will ended they will give money back. I need legal advise about tenant right if I in title to get my money back now. Thanks to those who knows Florida rules and laws landlord/tenant.
