NORWALK, CT — A Silver Alert has been canceled for Jose Costa, a 78-year-old Norwalk man who had been reported missing Friday morning, but has been found, according to Norwalk police. Costa had been missing since 3 a.m., but was found Friday afternoon. Additional details were not disclosed. "The gentleman from this Silver Alert has been located," said Norwalk Police Lt. Joe Dinho, who canceled the Silver Alert.
