Found young female grey/white cat

My house cat managed to escape today just before 3pm while calling for him This little one showed up alongside him. She looked to be disheveled slightly and was very hungry, she has a floral print snap away collar with a worn flower attached. The collar is very clean which leads me to believe she is an indoor gal. She also has a red band around her neck that has “momma” and the numbers “46219990” maybe “4621999 and a 1 that is circled” written in pen. she has her ear clipped as if she had been spayed trough a T&R program. If she had managed to get out my guess it’s only been a day or 2 as she just hungry and tired. She is very sweet and lets you love one her. I am located across Hoover elementary on savage RD.
