Hey all! I am currently searching for someone to fill the slot as a clean vocalist for my project Calling Akasha. As it stands, this has been my solo project and i’ve been focused on putting out a new release every couple of months. I am the sole composer for the project, and i’ve been wanting to add a bit of variety to the mix vocally. I’m searching for a particular clean vocalist. To start off, I normally do artist features, and have a plethora of demos that could use cleans. I myself, compose and write the music and lyrics, and do scream vocals as well. Preferably I’d want the cleans and screams to be well placed and bring that extra bit of life to these tracks. The music itself is very heavily influenced by bands such as Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle and Evans Blue to name a few. Must be in the age range of 24-30, and take music seriously. This is what I plan to be doing professionally one day, and put everything I have into it. I expect nothing less from anyone I work with. I’m easy going, 420 friendly just no hard drugs, baggage, ect. A bit about myself, I’m a 27 year old carpenter, I graduated with multiple BA degrees in Music Business and Popular Music. I invest any bit of spare income I have back into my craft. I am driven, and hungry to make it in this industry. A lot of people say they have connections, I have a lot of contacts. Talented people who can really bring that extra step when it comes to merch, booking, tours. This has all been acquired over time and constantly making connections. I just need the right people for this. I’ve done the band thing a long time, and needless to say you know how it goes. I started this project with the intent to succeed and I plan to do just that. I have fill in musicians ready to play for upcoming gigs, so this position is mainly looking for that extra bit of verity.
