Press release from the City of Bellaire: December 22, 2020 City Offices Closed and No Solid Waste Services for the New Year's Day Holiday, January 1, 2021. In recognition of the New Year's Day Holiday, all City Offices including the Library and Recreation Center will be closed and there will be no solid waste services on Friday, January 1, 2021.
