Press release from the City of Johnson City: May 4, 2020 The Johnson City Historic Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following items at 6 p.m. Wednesday (May 6): Certificate of Approval 2020-295 1101 Southwest Ave. – Southside Elementary Second Story Addition 2. Certificate of Approval 2020-296 325 E. Main St. – Signage for VIBES Lotion Bar 3. Certificate of Approval 2020-297 327 E. Main St. – Signage for Flashback Heat Vintage Clothing These meetings will take place electronically, pursuant to Executive Order 16, issued by Gov. Bill Lee on March 20, 2020. There will not be a physical location in order to protect public health, safety, and welfare.
