Lost dog/ short stocky black dog

My dog has been missing since yesterday 01/22/2021 around 1pm. His name is blitzin, but will also respond to blitz. He is a Rottweiler dachshund mix. Short stocky, all black with greys around snout. Small mole underneath his eye. He was outside using the bathroom out of my sight for no more than 5 minutes. This is a usual routine, however he did not come back. He was last seen by a neighbor at the beginning of my block, she stated she saw him around the time he got out, and that he was headed towards the main road.
