To parakeets male and female mating

There are two parakeets with a huge cage water dish food toys Bird box etc they have laid multiple eggs but are too young to understand how to have them and I'm asking for a bird lover to give them a wonderful home for I cannot care for them how I want to anymore I will be moving and cannot take them with me they have had at least 10 eggs but none of the babies have hatched yet I'm asking somebody to take them so that they can stay together and have their babies in the near future they are 9 months old and a year old please feel free to text me if you are interested
