CHATHAM, NJ — The Library of the Chathams will hold a virtual town meeting with Chatham Borough Mayor Thaddeus J. Kobylarz at 7 p.m. Wednesday. Kobylarz will answer questions about community concerns. The library asks that people submit questions in advance because of time constraints.
