Description
Joliet, Ill. – The Women's History Month Committee at the University of St. Francis (USF) seeks to highlight women in the Joliet community "you should know." From students to alumni, from community members to university community members, USF wants to hear about them! Who are some women we should know?
The USF committee will review submissions for inclusion in a short, virtual program of "Women You Should Know" to be held in March, with a date to be determined. Nominators will be contacted to confirm inclusion in the program.
For information on how to submit an honoree, visit stfrancis.edu and search the keywords "Women You Should Know". Submissions require a Google form submission (available on the USF website) and a 1-3 minute video (.mp4, 100MB limit). Videos can be a voice-over recording of a picture of an honoree, an interview with an honoree, or some other creative way to present what USF needs to know about her. The submission deadline is February 14, 2021.
Please direct questions about the submissions, the event, or any issues completing the nomination form to Joanna Kourtidis at [email protected].
