This session offers an introduction to creating a successful nicotine quit experience utilizing the Health & Wellness Quit Kit.
Nicotine is one of the most addictive and harmful substances to your brain and body whether you vape, smoke, or snu. Quitting starts with a desire, a plan, and the use of supports to manage the challenges inherent in behavior change. Each participant receives a free Quit Kit and instruction on how to use it to achieve freedom from nicotine.
