Mindfulness and meditation are skills you can learn to cope with stress, get a better night's rest, succeed academically, and achieve overall health and wellness.
This 4- hours in-person program is open to the UNH community. It is an opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness and meditation. Registration is limited. This program will be set up in accordance with the UNH COVID safety guidelines.
