He's timid and seems pretty healthy know how to sit and shake might also be inside dog although doesn't seem to be house trained so not sure also don't know exactly how old he is but still looks like a puppy. Taking him to vet today to get scanned for microchip. Msg me if you recognize him. Found young,sweet, black and intact male cat. He was starving. Trying to find owner. We are feeding him but we have 8 rescues already. Was found in my neighbors garage after they were gone for a week. Seems friendly, but very scared. Would love to get him/her back to their family! Found off of Irene Street in Appleton, Near Simon's Cheese. Will need to provide proof of ownership!
