Authentic Irish menu paired with the rarest Irish whiskies on the planet!
We have decided to extend our whiskey dinner series this year and add a Irish rendition. We have compiled five of these oldest and most sought after Irish whiskies available in Connecticut. The line-up will be as follows:
Course 1: Green Spot Finished in Chateau Montelena Casks
Course 2: Jameson 18 Year Old Limited Reserve
Course 3: Bushmills 21 Year Old Single Malt
Course 4: Red Breast 21 Year Old Single Pot Still
Course 5: Midleton Very Rare Vintage Release
Chef Kevin will be taking classic Irish dishes and putting a fine dining gastronomy twist to the food menu that is sure to please even the most talented palettes! As always we will have some fun raffle swag giveaways and discounted pours off our rare shelf for afterwards! We are so happy to share three dinners with you this year!
