Samoyed seen wandering around the parking lot at the First Avenue South HyVee store. Two guys working near the call in grocery pickup area tried to approach him but he ran off. Described by others as beige, looks more to me like a white dog needing bathing. Had a collar with either tags or a snap hanging from it. Couldn’t identify gender. Contact IC Police if seen, as this is right at the beginning of the weekend and will be extremely cold.
