Do you wish to bring a change to your organization? Then the change should reflect in you before you expect others to follow. A leader should demonstrate empathy, compassion and curiosity. It should not be an act that seems forced upon you but something that should happen voluntarily. Interact more with your workforce, don’t be an inapproachable CEO or COO. Realize what needs to be changed in the organization and act boldly. Recognize the need of the day when people are working from home. Understand your employees better and don't force greater responsibilities on them just because you feel they can afford more time. Give more to CSR activities as that is your contribution to the planet that you live in.
