As part of the city of Norfolk's the Lifelong Learning Program, Norfolk Tour Company is offering a FREE walking tour of the NEON District! As part of the City of Norfolk's launch of the Lifelong Learning Program, Norfolk Tour Company is offering this FREE walking tour of the NEON District! The tour will focus on the neighborhood's public art — which includes murals, sculpture, and glass works — the cultural relevance and themes of the murals, and how public art can drive real change. *Due to current restrictions imposed due to Covid-19, gatherings of more than 10 people is prohibited in the Commonwealth of Virginia. To remain in compliance, this tour will be limited to nine people plus the tour guide, at a maximum. In order to ensure that we do not go over this number, those who would like to attend must register on this Eventbrite page. Those who are not registered the day of the tour will not be able to attend if we are at capacity. We ask that people only sign up if they truly intend on coming, and to cancel their registration if their plans change and they can no longer attend. If restrictions on gatherings change before the tour date, We will adjust accordingly.
