Make wellness a priority in 2021 by practicing Yoga whilst surrounded by beautiful, air-purifying plants! Yoga is a practice to cultivate overall well-being in the mind, body, and spirit! Join our Marketing Director and in-house Yoga teacher, Laura, for a 90 minute Yoga and Sound Bath Experience in the Tropical House. This class will be accessible to all levels of practitioners, from brand new to experienced, modifications will be given to adapt the practice to your needs. Please bring your own mat and props. Space is limited!
