A delicious Valentine's Day dinner thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef, Jason Perry, and paired with a complimentary bottle of bubbles.
All of us at The Wine Bar on Palafox formally invite you to be our Valentine on February 14th.
Seatings for dinner service will start at 4 PM and reservations can be made by RSVP-ing here on Eventbrite or calling our restaurant at 850-607-2089.
Tickets for this event will be $125 per couple and will include three delicious courses thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef, Jason Perry.
Guests who join us for this evening of love can look forward to the following courses:
Course 1:
Arancini Milanese - Panko fried saffron risotto stuffed with mozzarella cheese served with Chef’s “Sunday Gravy" and shaved parmigiano reggiano
Pimento Cheese and Oyster Gratin - Served with a toasted baguette and scallions
Course 2:
Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib - Served with horseradish and parmesan whipped potatoes, roasted root vegetables, braising jus and mustard seed caviar
Seared Diver Scallops - Served over a creamy beet risotto topped with shiitake mushroom “bacon”, crumbled goat cheese, crispy brussel sprout leaves, and a hot honey drizzle
Course 3:
Chocolate Mousse - Layers of rich dark chocolate mousse with "crème chantilly and shaved chocolate
Goat Cheese Brûlée Cheesecake - Classic cheesecake with sweetened goat cheese and cream cheese with a crispy brûlée sugar topped with mint and raspberry

* Reservations are encouraged. Tickets will be paid for the night of, after you have enjoyed your unforgettable dinner.
