During the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, many pets are still looking for their forever homes and shelters still working to fulfill adoptions. There are thousands of dogs, cats and other animals of all ages without a home in Wisconsin — many of whom are located near you. For those looking to adopt, a great place to start your search for a new friend is at Big Fluffy Dog Rescue, where Bonnie the dog is waiting patiently, or another local animal shelter. If you aren't sure if you have time to take care of a pet year round, many shelters also offer opportunities to foster pets until they are placed.
