Description
BYouYoga Classes will begin with guided breathwork to get you focused and into your body and afterward we will travel through postures connecting the breath and development. I show a vinyasa stream-based class and will clarify the postures and each class will have a topic (model: hip openers multi-week and possibly tight quads the following). We will end with a guided shivasana where the body can have the opportunity to subside into the openings we have made through our development and breath.
