MILWAUKEE, WI — Wisconsin is in the process of reopening its nonessential businesses and expanding social interactions in the early stages of summer amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The state declared a public health emergency in March as officials closed schools, all non-essential business were ordered closed, Gov. Tony Evers issued a Safer At Home order and extended it once before lawmakers filed a suit in court saying the order was a governmental overreach.
