SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — The Secretary of State's Office has released the second ballot drop of the 2019 General Election. Ballot counts are updated by state officials once daily, and percentages will continue to change throughout the week. In Wednesday's results, Edmonds mayoral candidate Mike Nelson widened his lead over Neil Tibbott.
