Seeking Part-time Veterinary Assistant/Customer Care Representative Part-time position at the Animal Clinic of Clifton in Clifton, Virginia Each shift is approximately 4-5 hours 4-5 shifts per week Position entails, included but not limited to: Assisting veterinarian during examinations of pets (cats and dogs), pet handling, preparing laboratory samples, cleaning and maintaining exam rooms, and client communication. Position requires: Previous experience working at a veterinary clinic Reliable transportation Excellent and friendly phone etiquette Computer skills - comfortable using Microsoft windows and e-mail Able to pick up pets up to 45 lbs Be willing to work as a team with cleaning, holding pets, and assisting the veterinarian.
