ANNAPOLIS, MD — Police said an officer tased a burglary suspect in Annapolis last Friday. The accused man went to the Anne Arundel Medical Center with minor injuries, an incident report added. The encounter started around 2:07 a.m. in the unit block of West Washington Street. Arriving officers reported finding a struggle between the victim and the suspect during an ongoing burglary. Police said they tried to arrest the accused man, but he resisted. An officer tased the suspect and took him into custody, the report concluded.
