Description

I found this dog outside my home laying in the middle of the street. We took him to the vet and was told he is not chipped. He was covered in fleas and has a skin rash but we have got him on medication to kill the fleas and help with the rash. May possibly need perineal hernia surgery according to one vet so very urgent we find his family. Please send photos showing your dog to verify.
