The two properties being made available are: 400 South First Avenue 301 North Main Avenue The City's 2025 Downtown Plan was adopted in December 2014 and identified the City-owned surface parking lots as potential redevelopment sites to create infill development in downtown. The first property that was made available through the process was the former BNSF Railway property in downtown. "In recent years, public and private investment dollars have contributed to a prosperous downtown," said Jeff Eckhoff, Director of Planning and Development Services.
