From City of Sioux Falls: August 13, 2020 Beginning immediately, East 18th Street will be closed at the intersection of South Laurie Drive, near Cleveland Elementary School. Eastbound traffic will be detoured on South Tabbert Circle and westbound traffic will be detoured on South Edward Drive. City of Sioux Falls Public Works crews will be repairing a water valve and anticipate completion by 4:30 p.m. on August 13, 2020.
