SAN MATEO, CA — A "peeping Tom" was arrested Tuesday night in San Mateo, police said. Officers at around 8:15 p.m. arrested 28-year-old Jairo Abisai Fuentes of San Mateo, police said. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Jefferson Court according to police. A resident called authorities after a motion sensor activated camera alerted her daughter that someone was peering through her bedroom window, police said. Multiple family members had detained Fuentes in the backyard by the time police arrived on the scene. Fuentes was arrested on suspicion of peeking into an inhabited dwelling, police said.
