New metal band looking for a drummer

Visions of Reality is a progressive thrash/power metal band looking for an experienced drummer to help complete our band. The band just formed about 2 months ago, so you can get in right at the beginning. However, we have easily an album/show setlist worth of material to work with. The band consists of me (Jay) on lead guitar/vocals, James on rhythm guitar, and Marlon on bass. The music is not simple metal but not super djenty either. It's right in the middle---somewhat technical and off-timing but mostly melodic.
