CONCORD, NH — A fugitive described by U.S. Marshals as "violent" and wanted on multiple outstanding warrants was arrested in Dover on Thursday. Darien James Young, 27, was arrested by the joint fugitive task force at the intersection of Dover Point Road and Route 16. Investigators, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, saw a person who looked like Young get into the rear passenger seat of an SUV around noon. Taskforce members followed the vehicle and later, stopped it. "Young was located hiding in the far rear of the SUV under a pile of clothing and blankets," White said. "Young was removed from the vehicle and arrested. After the handcuffs were on, Young claimed to have a medical issue and was transported and treated at a local hospital." Did you like this story?
