PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Eagles have reportedly found themselves a new head coach in 39-year-old Nick Sirianni, the offensive coordinator of the Indianapolis Colts. The news, first reported by ESPN and then several other outlets Thursday afternoon, comes just over a week after the Birds announced they'd let go Super Bowl champion Doug Pederson following a disappointing 2020 season. Philadelphia will be his first head coaching gig. He was one of multiple rumored candidates, including former Eagle Duce Staley and New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels. Sirianni will become one of the youngest head coaches in the NFL, but not the youngest (Los Angeles' Sean McVay is 34).
