Found: Deceased small intact male dog with black collar, no tags I stumbled upon a deceased small male dog this morning. It is located on the side of the road in front on Rincon Village condos on Speedway just east of Pantano. The picture I took was very blurry but I’ll add a cropped version I’m so sorry for you loss 💗
