Press release from the City of Mentor: January 21st, 2021 Pursuant to MCO 119.01 adopted by the electors of the City of Mentor at the November 4, 2014 general election, notice is hereby given that Mentor City Council will virtually hold a public hearing (via Webex) for a Council "Democracy Day" on the 23rd day of February, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., Mentor, Ohio to take public comment on the impact of political contributions of corporations, unions, PACS and Super-PACs on the City. Any citizen of Mentor may attend and participate. Participation is limited to five minutes of comment per citizen.
