We are ALL looking for a sense of connection and SAFE socialization right now so what better way than our 3rd annual Galentine’s Day event! We are ALL looking for a sense of connection and SAFE socialization right now so what better way than our 3rd annual Galentine’s Day event! Join us for an intimate evening of self-care and sisterhood! Come alone and make new friends or grab a friend for an intentional and fun-filled evening of aerial yoga, meditation, wine and chocolate aimed to celebrate YOU! ABOUT... The evening will kick off with intention setting as you arrive, followed by a 75-minute all levels aerial yoga class, led by Charley. We will be weaving in the energy of the New Moon in Aquarius to help us cultivate a fresh start and ground ourselves in love, friendship, and commUNITY. The class will be centered around cultivating self love, acceptance and empowerment in alignment with the new moon in Aquarius: fostering socialization, creation of friendships, and getting in tune with our emotions. We will close out the practice with a guided meditation. After class we will walk (or skate) over to GenuWine for a special wine and chocolate pairing from local business Zak’s Chocolate. We’ll enjoy libations, giggles, and time with girlfriends! And, for those that want to keep the evening going, you will be invited to enjoy 15% off at GinuWine all night long! Attendees will also go home with unique keepsakes along with access to a specially curated on demand guided meditation and yoga practice to help you continue to cultivate what we will be manifesting that night in the days following.
